Cup Filling and Capping Machine

Main application

It is applicable to packing liquid like water, juice, oil, etc. Machine is controlled by Japan Mitsubishi PLC system. This machine is designed for cup filling sealing and capping with the following functions.

Process

1, Automatic feed the cup --- Cup should be put into the storage mould manually stack by stack

2, Cup detection. No cup no filling.

3, Filling liquid into cup. (with stirring)

4, Automatic film sealing of the cup.

5, Automatic feed the cap --- The sucking disk will suck the caps in feeding device then put it on the top of cap by mechanical action. The suction force can be adjusted by adjusting the air pressure.

4, Cap sealing --- The cap is sealed by the pressing device, the pressing force can be adjusted by adjusting the stroke (moving distance) of the cylinder and the air pressure.

5, Final product output by conveyor
