A Fijian customer purchased our automatic cold glue labeling machine for the first time in this year. During the inquiry process, the customer sent us three different types of luncheon meat cans, with diameters of 73mm, 83mm, and 99mm. Since the diameters and heights of the cans vary, the labeling machine needed to be adjusted. This means that a single cold glue labeling machine can be used for all three types of food cans.

However, if the customer finds it inconvenient to adjust the machine each time, they can opt for a separate labeling machine dedicated to just one can type. This would simplify the operation and eliminate the need for frequent adjustments.

As this was the customer’s first experience with our meatloaf can labeling machine, they were not fully familiar with the operation of our wet glue labeling system. To assist them, the customer contacted us and requested technical support for proper machine usage. After confirming the schedule, we booked round-trip flights and finalized the details. Our engineer departed on September 21st and arrived at the customer's factory on the 22nd.

Upon arrival, our engineer began working on-site, providing training on how to operate the cold glue labeling machine for pork luncheon meat cans. After several hours of adjustments and testing, the machine was running smoothly, and the labeling speed met the customer's requirements. The customer was very pleased with the results.

The customer expressed their satisfaction and mentioned they would apply to their management for approval to place another order for our labeling machine.
