Description

This line is an fully automatic production line for 3 layers ear loop face mask of flat type with external ear loop on, with full automation of all process, including automatic feeding of raw material, fabrics folding, nose clip strip straightening, cutting and importing into fabrics, fabrics side knurling and sealing by ultrasonic welding, cutting, mask body distributing and conveying to the two lines of ear loops welding stations, ear loops cutting, position placing and ultrasonic welding and fusion to the outer surface of masks, ear loop folding, and auto counting.

This line mainly consists of one material roll loader, one mask body making unit (of large size type with two ultrasonic welding units and with bigger size of rollers), one set of connecting units, two ear loops welding units (of upgraded 3^rd generation type) with ear loop folding unit and counting unit on, and two collecting conveyors.

2) Ear loop strip rack of anti-jumper type.

3) Deviation correcting racks ensure that the raw material supply process of the three / four-layer masks is neatly stacked.
