The raw materials of polypropylene particles are divided into two types: single component and double component:
A. The single-component raw materials are those without any additives.
B. The two-component raw material is divided into polypropylene (pp) particles + electret masterbatch
The main role of the electret masterbatch is to concentrate static electricity and store static electricity, so as to achieve the absorption of fine dust particles.
The heating part of the machine is: extrusion system, melt metering pump, melt nozzle and hot air compressed air.
