Process of automatic glass bottle washing line

This automatic glass bottle washing line adopts hot water immersion washing and powerful brush decontamination process, specific configuration and process arrangement. 

after the bottle collection is completed, the empty bottles are directly put into the bottle feeding machine, and the bottles are sent to the washing machine through the bottle feeding machine through the bottle wheel. The first area of the bottle machine first receives the high pressure repeated washing of circulating hot water and soaking for about 8 minutes, and then enters the first brush brushing area. Drain the remaining water, turn it over and enter the second rinse. Brush the bottle and repeat the same method twice to rinse and drain.

During the draining process, increase the compressed air blower to solve the residual water droplets in the bottle, and then come out directly into the bottle conveyor. The whole process is completed automatically. After the soaked hot water is filtered by the circulating water tank, the water pump is pressurized and washed, and the speed is controlled by the frequency converter, and the cleaning speed is adjusted according to the cleaning effect of the bottle.
