The process of a whole line is as below.

1. Inner fixed cup molding

1.1 Feeding of raw material (needle punch)

1.2 Heating-molding of inner layer

2. Outer sleeve forming and Pad printing

2.1 Feeding of raw material (non-woven fabric, 2 layers of meltblown fabrics)

2.2 Pad printing

2.3 Folding

2.4 Ultrasonic welding and edge cutting

2.5 Cutting by scissor

1. Picking and transferring of outer sleeve

2. Placing of outer sleeve on inner cup and poisoning spot welding

3. Edge ultrasonic welding

4. Edge cutting

5. Picking and transferring of cup body

6. Locking of mask body to mask holder

7. Nose clip cutting installation and hot-pressing sticking

8. Stapling of lower headloops

9. Stapling of upper headloops

10. Picking, turning and transferring of mask

11. Sticking of foam strip and release the finished mask.

All the above process are fully automatic.
